The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin bedroom, along with a shower room. Outside, there is a side garden and private parking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. One well-behaved dog is welcome; however, smoking is not permitted. Within 0.5 miles there is a shop and within 0.3 miles, a pub. Escape to the countryside of West Yorkshire with a stay at Flat 1. Note: The owner lives next door so please bare this in mind when booking. Please Note: This property only accepts ONE dog.

We found the location very good for visiting places of interest both locally and further afield. Amenties were reasonably close by and the canalside location was good for walking in and out of Todmorden, so we did not always need to use the car.
