Masseria Balsamo was one of the five farmsteads on which Collemeto—a small community in the heart of Salento—was built, and its last construction dates back to 1938. Today a home steeped in history, Masseria Balsamo unfolds around a courtyard where white and green reign supreme. Furthermore, it combines tradition and a love for the local land with the values of family and sharing, which have always been central to the farm’s history.
