This listing was great for our family (including 3 children under 10). It was spacious, all the full bedrooms had en suites, the kitchen was well stocked in terms of equipment (not in ingredients, so you would have to pick up all your own oils, seasonings, etc), and very convenient to the mountain. The host was easy to communicate with and we'd be excited to rent this unit again next time we're in Steamboat. Thank you!

Great experience, very clean. Close to mountain. Very easy to communicate with owners.

This place was awesome - spotlessly clean, well appointed with simple and stylish decor, everything we needed for cooking (plus a highchair), plenty of towels and tissues, humidifiers for the bedrooms, and it was super quiet (no squeaky floors!) The layout and space worked really well for my family of four (including two kids under 5) + my older parents + another couple. We weren’t sure what to think about the indoor hot tub mentioned in the listing, but it was actually great and also very clean. A short and easy shuttle ride to Gondola Square and also a quick walk home (in regular boots). We would 100% stay here again!

This was our first stay at Waterford Condo #11. It was well outfitted with the 3 bedrooms having en suite baths which worked well with 3 couples. The bunkroom was a hit for our 5 year old granddaughter. Transportation to the gondola base was quick and easy.
