House was very clean. The outside has a lot of broken lawn chairs and an old refrigerator. We loved the layout of the house. The owners son was there mowing when we got there. He was extremely pleasant to visit with. Overall it was a great stay.

Everything about the property was great and met all our needs, would definitely stay here again.

Overall we had a good time with friends and family. This house is not as pictured or advertise, lots of issues where to start broken furniture, wasp nest under a covered patio, paddleboat unusable lawn, not cared for holes in the wall dirty stair railing, clothes in closets, bedding in closets unfolded ,driveway needs more gravel stove hard to pull down to open refrigerator leaking trampoline not set up still in the box on the patio fishing poles not working back house smells old and stale broken fences old refrigerator left on the patio Freezer doesn’t work to the refrigerator. You have to use the back freezer Master bedroom sink, water trickles down upstairs bathroom does not drain properly in the bathtub unbelievable for $6000 the cost of our four night five day stay
