Perfect place just 2 issues but still rated 5 stars because owner was quick to respond to find a solution each time. At check in we followed instructions to get in but the elevator you are instructed to use BEFORE you can get your keys was out of service. We was directed to the elevator in the garage which since we had not gotten into the room yet we did NOT have the ability to open the door to get into. Then bathtime came and when the shower curton was pulled back in hall bathroom the tub looked like it had been totally trashed (some type of stain) Never figured out exactly what was going on there. Cleaned with bleach cleaner & a magic eraser sponge and it stays clean for about an hour then goes right back to looking trashed. I felt the tone of the text was perhaps I was upset from " being tired from travel" which I was BUT I also think anyone who experienced what we found would have been disappointed . We did still enjoy our stay after the initial check in issues nonetheless.

Very clean and spacious! Our family enjoyed staying here! We will be back.

Clean & comfortable. Loved the balcony option. Construction was happening, making parking in the over flow lot tight at times does to construction vehicles also needing to park. But overal it was a great stay!

Lovely stay in Key West. We will be back
