We really enjoyed our stay. The property was recently updated vanity sinks, and fixtures were all new including commodes. Everything was in good working order. Parking was adequate. Location was perfect. It was right at the foot of the sand dunes on the other side of the sand was the ocean. Nothing to complain about really.

Host was awesome, beach was awesome, unfortunately weather did not permit much usage. Dwelling was an old structure which obviously been through a lot. Had been remodeled and was clean overall but had a lot of flies inside. Everything did work well, no complaints there. Gutters leaked badly right onto walkway. Stair lighting did not work. Walls were paper thin as noted in another review. Had 3 occupants, any more would be a bit too cozy for me. Best part was closeness to beautiful, uncrowded beach. Parking was an issue for any more than 2 vehicles.
