Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hale Malanai is a wonderful house in a perfect area for a relaxing vacation. It’s very well appointed, and the ceiling fans - especially the big one up in the cupola - keep the house cool even when it is hot outside. You can see the ocean from the lanai and the beach is right across the street.

Very clean house, warm and welcoming! Right across the street from the beach and while it was warm with no AC there was plenty of fans throughout the house to keep the air flow gong.

The house was very nice, well maintained and equipped. We liked the location and amenities. The only problem was the noise from the feral chickens and cats that were waiting to be fed.

Check in was smooth. Location was perfect for access to Baby Beach. The house was a little hot for a small child- so maybe not the best house for those with babies or very small children. The main rooms were cool, but the bedrooms were quite hot and stuffy for our 2 year old. There were some ants in the bedroom, even though we did not bring any food in there. Management very responsive to minor issues.Overall a nice stay, I would stay in the area, but probably somewhere with A/C until our kid is older.
