The location in Fraser, CO was perfect! It was close to the YMCA Snow Mountain Ranch Camp, the community ice skating rink, commercial tubing hills and two downhill ski resorts (Winter Park and Grandby Ranch). And, there was a free bus that ran every 15 minutes thru town and to both Winter Park or Grandby.

The whole property is going through the renovation. The laundry service is listed but it's not inside the stay but in club house . Our property owner didn't provide us the code to access the club house door so it was not a pleasant experience that for the basic service we have to run around from one place to other and no one has clear idea. It would be much better option if we have given the clear instructions about the property services location. The location was great and house was good and clean from inside ,but have few wear and tear as it's an old building. Overall , it's was not so good experience what we have expected.
