Wonderful vacation and condo! Very comfortable, clean, and owner was very responsive and accessible making sure our stay was enjoyable. Would recommend to everyone!

Our condo was beautiful had everything we needed. the location was perfect right across the street to the beach. Shyla was very quick to respond with any question we had. Thank you again her had a wonderful time!

This was a mother-daughter get away for a few days. The condo was clean and exactly as advertised. Access to the beach is super easy and just straight across the street. We had only 2 small complaints (which were not serious enough to even call the host over). The WiFi is quite slow, making it hard to stream any apps, and the tv is a little dated and difficult to operate because the remote options lag a bit when you’re trying to click on things. Maybe the remote batteries are low?? It rained one whole day during our stay so we stayed in a lot of that day watching movies. The other complaint is the upstairs neighbors were SUPER loud between the hours of 1 am- 3 am stomping the floors nonstop as they walked, and it seemed like they were just pacing around the apartment doing so. Again, we were only there a few nights and were not sure if those same people would even be there each night or not so we just didn’t mention it. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Pelican Place and would definitely recommend staying there. Thank you, Shyla, for having us!

This vacation rental is absolutely perfect! It had everything we needed & more! The owner Shyla had constant communication and made sure everything was perfect including the little welcome basket of treats our 3 little boys loved This is our 8th time to Destin and 2nd staying at the Grand Caribbean East. We will definitely be back. The listing and pictures do not do this unit justice.
