The home was clean and ready for us. The owner accommodated our request to open the pool a bit earlier, which we appreciated. The only suggestion/observation about the listing is that there are only 3 bedrooms, not 4. The largest room has 1 King and a pull out couch. The house can sleep 8 people, but 4 people would need to share the larger room. Would stay there again.

The house was very roomy and comfortable. The back deck was perfect for watching sunsets. A very great place to stay.

We had a great visit. We were visiting family who live in Cazenovia. It is outside of town, but easy to get many places within 15 mins. Ithace is an hour away. The huge yard was great for the dog. It was hot and the pool was chilly but a relief. There was so much space to visit, play games, inside and out. We were able to enjoy dinners at the table. The coffee bar was a welcome perk. Host was always responsive and accommodating. Would definitely recommend for families.

The biggest problems with this rental were: - only 3 bedrooms, not 4 as listed! - owner in attached apartment with a (large?) barking and sniffing dog behind locked door- no A/C in master bedroom although house instructions listed that there was one. (The only A/C unit was a mobile one in a corner of the living room.)This is not a whole house, many off-limit areas and locked doors. Limited parking, but we only had one car.Appreciate that it was pet-friendly, but our little dog was scared and had to be kept elsewhere a lot of the time.Premises were generally very clean, but then dirty socks and other stuff were found in closet or dresser.Hosts were timely in communicating, and we appreciated early check-in.
