Your family will be close to everything that the Village of Fairport offers when you stay at this centrally located 2-bedroom home which can sleep up to 5!
-- Erie Canal access for hiking, biking, kayaking
-- Thomas Creek Ice Arena five minutes down the road (2.2 miles)
-- Restaurants/Pubs/Shopping all walking distance in village
Pets welcome if approved - please enquire. Pet fee is $25/night per pet, to be paid a few days prior to arrival. Variable pricing for longer stays.
Both bedrooms are located on the second floor, with a queen bed in one, and a queen/twin combination in the other. Perfect for parents who need child in same room.
The full bathroom with shower/tub is located on the main floor, as well as a half-bath on the main floor.
*** Please note: There are train tracks about two blocks away, adjacent to the canal, with trains passing through several times/day.
NO smoking of any kind please - penalty $200 if ozone machine required for next guest. All smoking must be done outdoors.
Pets are welcome w/ prior approval; I kindly ask that they please stay off of the furniture.
Please note my pet fee is $25/night/pet and will be requested about a week before your arrival. If you are bringing a pet or pets, please reach out and let me know the breeds and sizes. Thank you. For longer stays, I am open to a reduced pet fee.

This home was perfect for our family to visit the area for an event for a couple of days. When we had extra time, we were a quick walk to the lovely downtown and Cannery area with restaurants and fun entertainment. If we happen to be in the area again, we would certainly stay here. Clean, comfortable beds , quiet and convenient. Thanks for a great stay!

This was a nice place to relax during our son's graduation weekend. The accommodations were clean and modern. Cheryl was very responsive and checked in frequently to make sure everything was ok. It was within walking distance of town. We wish we had more time to explore.

Location was perfect,parking was good and home nicely decorated. Our host Cheryl was was accommodating.

Didn’t notice that the bedrooms were on the second floor and only bathrooms were on the first floor. And the stairs were steep with a head knocker when they passed under the floor.
