It was very good..except that..renovations that are being made like elevators should be properly cleaned up during non working hours...it was a mess in our floor.

Even better than the pictures or description.. Has everything you need & in the best neighborhood in Miami. Great pool, cleanliness on point, very spacious, every appliance you could need, security on site, gated, quiet, luxurious, exotic, waterview 10/10, close to all stores & minutes from the beach.. you experience the rest.

Me and my family really enjoyed our stay here. The place was as advertised. Very clean, a lot of space, you have everything you need for your stay. The pool side is very nice as well. Great for families. Thanks to Bnb Hyperion! They were very quick to respond and make sure everything was good. They were available any time if there was any issue (which we didn't have). We would definitely go back!

The place is amazing for both its location and for the quality of the apartment! The kitchen was well stocked and the location was fantastic - less than 10 minutes to the beach, close to grocery stores, mall and plenty of restaurants nearby. It’s a reasonable drive to just about anywhere. Swimming pool and tennis courts are a great plus to the location, relaxing by the pool and on the patio was priceless. Would definitely recommend.
