Enjoy a peaceful stay in this apartment ideally located in the Marais ! Typically Parisian with exposed beams and stone walls, it can accommodate up to five people.
The apartment includes:
• A living room: a convertible sofa bed for two people, a convertible armchair for one person, storage spaces, a smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi access.
• A sleeping area: equipped with a Queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm) with comfortable new bedding, as well as storage.
• A kitchen equipped with hob, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, pots and pans.
• A dining area: designed to enjoy your meals comfortably.
• A bathroom: includes a shower, washing machine, hairdryer, soap and shampoo.
Sheets, blankets and pillows are provided for the duration of your stay.
• A separate toilet: with sink.
The apartment also has laundry facilities: iron, ironing board and drying rack.

We would like to inform you that renovation work is currently underway on the building’s exterior. This work is beyond our control, and we are not responsible for this decision. Therefore, we will not accept any complaints or claims for compensation related to any inconvenience caused.

Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.
Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.
Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.
Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.
Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.

Spacious, comfortable apartment is in great location for exploring the Marais and all of Paris. Boulangeries, cafes, restaurants, market and metro just a short walk. We loved it!

Nice apartment close to lively bars and restaurants, convenient to Metro. Only drawback is that on weekend nights the street is noisy. In the summer, with windows open, this can be disruptive. Overall a lovely unit in a beautiful old building.

Although location was good, we had issues with the property. The manager told us every day someone would be there to fix, no one ever came. We spend the week with outlets that didn’t work, lighting that didn’t work and limited supplies.
Cute unit on busy corner (lot of noise, which was fine).
