Everything was good, I didn’t use many supplies etc as I was visiting my cousin the the area and not in the place much.

We loved our stay. The location was ideal to the beach, park, and restaurants. It was located off a quiet street: it was great to have a washer/dryer on site. The AC unit in the bedroom was noisy when plugged in. However at night we needed the unit on to keep the place cool. We will come again but next time stay on the bottom unit (easy access for walking our little dog and the covered parking).

This condo was exactly what we wanted. Clean, decorated well, AC was great, bed was comfortable. Communication was very quick and helpful. The location is sooo good. Close to Kolb park with pickle ball courts and only a block from public beach parking. We will definitely be back!

The unit was clean except for the inside of the front door- it was either filthy or in need of a paint job. The pictures on VRBO made the unit look way bigger that it actually was. Did not like that the closet to hang clothes in was also a utility closet. We found the over all appearance to be dinghee. Would not stay here again.
