Very nice host and location was right where you'd want to be in New Paltz. Listing was accurate. For light sensitive sleepers, i'd suggest bringing a sleep mask

The location was fantastic. Right off the busiest street in New Paltz with tons of businesses in walking distance. The AC and kitchen were great to have.
