Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great trip, perfect for what we were looking for! We did run into some confusion regarding wrist bands and registering the cars. We received a violation the first day as we had no idea we had to register the cars. Nowhere in the listing was this mentioned, nor was it communicated to us on where to pickup wristbands. Luckily we figured it out. The check out instructions were also not clear. Just to empty trash and start dishwasher, however a bit more guidance would have been nice. Other than that, great stay!

This is our second time to stay at this beach house. Very clean and had what we needed to start a great beach getaway with our kids.

Great location. The downstairs room needs a king size bed.
