House and pool wonderful. House appliances need to be checked. Coffee pot handle cracked and garage disposal didn’t work. Need to check batteries on door more often. We were locked out of house for awhile. Someone did come and replace batteries. Pool was excellent.

The home is fantastic. Very clean and updated nicely. Plenty of room to move around. Communication was good. Golf Cart was plugged in and ready to go!The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. Pool is small but clean and heated. The only negatives are the beds are FIRM. Maybe they are newer and will break in. Also, the towels are very worn they need to be replaced. The only turn off was on the rules of the house....it says you can't cook fish in the house. If you have to clean up and take out the trash, seriously. I should be able to cook anything I like, and we are by the ocean....For the price we pay, this needs to be removed, and the owner needs to buy a commercial grade air freshener.

This house was perfect! Kitchen had every appliance and utensil you need plus many extras! The bedrooms were nice and big! Living was big and fit all of us with plenty of room. Pool was awesome due to the seaweed at the beach for a few days. Everything was perfect. Golf cart was great. We had a minor issue with the tires and within 15 minutes someone was there and changed all 4 of them and made sure things were all working before they left. The only thing I suggest is that the rental company warn guests NOT to lock the bottom lock bc the automated lock only works for the deadbolt. One of our littles locked the bottom lock and when we arrived back to the house, we could not get in. Luckily we left the back door unlocked so we were able to get it. The rental company called a couple of times just to make sure things were good and that we didn’t need anything. They were so nice. We will definitely be renting from them for our trip next year!

First off I want to say this house comes with a beautiful backyard! The pool and chairs were fantastic for our family. Absolutely no compliances there! The location was great, and the golf cart was so nice for beach days. It was also very convenient for everyone to have their own room and bathroom! Mattresses were not so great. I would not rate any of them over 2 stars, and bedroom #4’s mattress was particularly awful, comparable to sleeping on the floor. Overall the house itself is not super clean. Things are very obviously just brushed over. We chose to overlook many things for the sake of having a peaceful vacation. These things include hair and grim in the showers when we checked in, very nasty shower curtains, thick coats of dust on anything over eye level, stains on pillows, and more. We did reach out to the host about the shower curtains since we could do nothing about that, and she immediately sent someone to swap them out! Definitely applaud them for the fantastic communication. The other things we just did our best to clean up. We had a great vacation otherwise and I only write this review as a suggestion to do a deep clean and maybe change mattresses. Other than that the house would be great!
