Perfect home for family of 5. Every thing needed was available. Pool, paddle boarding fishing. Excellent weekend. Chad is a great host.

The pool and outdoor space are wonderful! Nice to have kayaks and paddle boards available.

Host was great, very helpful.

My family consisted of my elderly mother, daughter, her fiance', her dad and two kids; ages 1 year old and 4 years old. Our host, Chad was very attentive and respectful to all of us. My daughter has questioned if an air fryer was on hand and he brought one in for us prior to our arrival. He even bumped up the heat on the pool a few degrees for the adult kids for a morning swim. My family absolutely loved the home and the pool. The home was equipped with a pack and play, high chair and a lot of games on hand. There are plenty of extra blankets, towels, cleaning products, etc. I would suggest bringing steak knives if you plan on grilling steaks for everyone. Also, make sure you bring a bag of ice to get you started for your adult beverages. I would suggest bringing a Brita water pitcher or water bottles if you drink water like my family does. The weekend getaway was amazing and a great memories were made. The paddleboards, kayaks, fire pit, pool and pool area were top notch. We had a minor incident with some water coming in and Chad was very attentive to that concern. I'm hoping to re-book next year.
