Gorgeous property and soo much more of a Grand feeling than expected from the pictures! Beautifully decorated with quality furnishings and the balcony was amazing though ceiling fans would have been the cherry in top. The master bed was heavenly! We never had to wait more than 2 minutes for the elevator. The front desk staff needs some coaching on etiquette and friendliness. Otherwise very satisfied with the condo and our stay! Panhandle Getaways were very courteous and easy to work with. I would book with them again. Such a gorgeous property! Thank You, for a great experience VRBO and Panhandle Getaways!!!

The kitchen was well appointed with plenty of dinnerware and pots/pans, etc.The condo overall was clean and bed linens were clean and crisp. The floor and base boards could have been cleaner and the bathroom cabinets need an update as they look warned. The biggest issue was there was no lighting in the living room other than an overhead fan light. Also there were no end tables in the living room other than just one table in front of the couch. I actually bought a lamp for the living room as you couldn’t enjoy the space with a fan light beaming down as you try to enjoy watching tv in the evening.The location is great and the view spectacular.The only other thing was the amount of people smoking pot on their balconies which we had to breathe in the entire 5 weeks we were there.

"A Dream Vacation! The Views Are Unforgettable" My family and I had a wonderful stay at this penthouse property! The location could not have been more perfect, just steps away from the soft white sand and the most breathtaking ocean views. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying morning coffee on the spacious balcony was a highlight of our trip. The sunsets were spectacular! The condo itself was clean, beautifully decorated, and very spacious - plenty of room for all four of us to relax comfortably. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The amenities, including the pool and direct beach access, were excellent, and the property was well-maintained. This penthouse exceeded our expectations and is a wonderful place for making memories. We would book it again.
