Overall was very nice to stay at for the couple days. I will say the backyard needs a lot of work and maintenance but I understand things aren't cheap. Nice location near Tampa Bay and the beaches.

The place is more charming and larger than the pics imply. We had an awesome girls trio celebrating my daughters 17th bday, no complaints! Lot of places to eat near-by, too!

Host answered questions quickly. HOuse was clean. But needs some upkeep. Only 2 washclothes- no top sheets on the beds. TOilet paper holder was a stick. Futon has big dip in it. Fence around back yard/pool area was falling down in several places . PArt of outside furniture was nasty. No dishtowels in kitchen . 2 spoons in kitchen. BEd pillows flat. I had to buy washclothes and pillows
