An absolute gem of a hotel. The standout feature is definitely the staff. Charlie and Chi, they are so friendly, accommodating, and eager to help with anything you need. Combined with clean, comfortable rooms, it made for a flawless stay. Highly recommend!"

All in the room was ok, the service is very good, the personnel very kidnness. There are only two aspects that they need to improve: The entrance to the hotel is full of rocks and makes really complicated if you arrive with suitcases with wheels; and the service at the front desk after 10:00 pm does not work, we had some questions about transfer suitcases to airport as they say we cam make it before 11 pm, but we used the ring bell several times at the front desk and nobody came up. It was all alone.

The room was great for my family of 4. It was clean and spacious. The location was very central to the city, but more quiet than most of the surrounding neighborhoods. I highly recommend this hotel!

Lovely and welcoming staff. Great location a bit removed from the craziness of Shinjuku or Shibuya
