Great view from living room and bedroom and wonderful to be oceanfront. Unit is spacious. Cosmetic updates are overdue including re-finishing ceilings, interior paint, and front door paint would be nice, needed updates. Microwave seems on its last legs and kitchen cabinets need refinishing or even shelf liner would be appreciated. Both ends of the couch are very well worn/sagging. We did not use the pool due to strong chlorine, which could be smelled from the balcony, which is a nice size.

My elder mother and I had a wonderful time. The unit was really nice. Our Pomeranian was excited to be with us and enjoyed meeting other fur babies. A couple of days there was music by the pool which was lots of fun. I would suggest another lamp in the living room as it was hard to see with just the floor lamp. There were elevator issues but we could walk around to the other building and use their elevators so no big worry. The views were great. Thanks for a great stay and we look forward to staying again.
