Great property with outstanding views!! Very comfortable furniture and beds and the condo was very clean and had everything you need for your stay. The elevator stopped working on both Saturdays for awhile (just fyi for those with mobility issues). Parking can be a little tight. We enjoyed watching the lifeguards do their morning training from the deck and you can’t beat how close you are to the boardwalk!! We would highly recommend!!!

Overall was a good place to stay. The bed I slept on was so hard it left me in pain every night so I took off one star. Otherwise the unit was well stocked and in a good location

There needs to be better communication between maintenance and the rental office as the automatic door lock did not work as the batteries had been removed which resulted in a 45 min weight to get into the property which resulted in groceries we had purchased melting. At the front door there was debris and trash along with the deck and rugs inside the unit not being clean as well. The screen door from the master bedroom to the deck was not working and propped up against the wall. They will charge for an early check-in, yet not offer compensation when the unit is not accessible or completely prepared for occupancy. I value my time and with the check in process along with cleaning and maintenance issues, it simply was not respected.
