A new outdoor pool with a giant slide (a 10-minute walk away), great hiking trails, playgrounds, and—when there’s snow—nighttime cross-country ski trails, winter hiking trails, sledding, and a nearby indoor pool with climbing ropes are fun for children of all ages. With a little luck, deer will come right up to the house. Day trips to the Feldberg, Lake Constance, or Strasbourg are great options. If you don’t want to cook for yourself, there’s a nice, family-friendly restaurant in the vacation park with good, hearty food.
Since the vacation park is located on a vast high plateau, you can also go on hikes that are virtually flat.
But this is also the perfect place for those seeking peace and quiet.
The partially covered patio and the garden are secluded and offer a wonderful view of the valley.
Blankets are provided for cool evenings, or you can enjoy the warmth of the wood-burning stove.
A well-equipped kitchen, a modern TV, high-speed internet, and a variety of comforters and pillows round out the amenities.
The visitor’s tax per person per day is €1.80 for adults and €0.90 for children ages 10 and older.
