We stayed for Cooperstown, and I would book it again if I had the choice. I think a few upgrades could be made to mattresses/bed frames- that would be my main suggestion, and the basketball pad isn’t really usable- it needs to be repaired, and we needed some more towels, but we felt like the value was there for what we paid. The washer/dryer worked awesome- nice bathrooms. Kitchen fridge was nice, and we liked the two different seating areas on the main floor. The master has a big closet that you could easily use as a nook for a toddler’s pack n play, or something similar- which maximizes the room you feel like you have. The kids had a blast playing whiffle ball in the front yard, the hosts were attentive, and the view was awesome.

Beautiful property and location!!

House is so much bigger than it looks. We had a cozy stay for a fun Cooperstown trip. Would definitely stay here again.

Comfort is low across the board. Mattresses, Out door porch chairs, fire pit seating There is a bit of delayed maintenance on porches with screens missing on many windows.Nice size home for families with kids,Good size yard for running around.
