(Joe the husband) my wife and I have stayed in many vrbros over the years. This one was in my top 3. My stay for was about a month. Eric was readily available to answer questions and give suggestions on things to do downtown or in the area. The rental was clean and quiet with friendly neighbors and parks in every direction. Also if it’s available the dark blue Benz for a select rate is a steal. Try finding a car to rent that looks that good for the price. I would recommend this rental and host if you’re in the market. 10/10 an a all around good experience.

This was my first using VRBO and it was as a great experience. Working with Eric was super easy. He was communicative and made sure I was able to reach him if necessary. It wasn’t necessary. The check in process was a breeze. Very descriptive especially since my flight was delayed and I came in at 2am. So it was really easy to follow. Nice and clean. Liked having so much space time myself away from him. Felt very comfortable to do some work from the condo in the mornings. All and all great experience.
