My very first time to Shenzhen for more than a week. Although the property was not as cozy as hotel, but general condition of the property was great. And the host - Leona was helpful during my stay, whenever I went to her place to ask, she will be always willing to help.
But just bear in mind, this is a normal residential apartment, daily life noise is somehow unavoidable. The family living next to me was extremely loud when they were awake.
