Clean, well stocked with dishes. Was surprised there was a bird sanctuary close to the patio. A little noisy at times and smelled if the wind was in the right direction. But we enjoyed watching them.

Best family time ever! Was able to accommodate our family of four easily. They were also willing to check us in early.Very communicative from the beginning, middle and end of our stay.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Mona the Property Manager saved the day!!! I talked to her the morning after we arrived re only 1 working shower. You could feel the Springs on the trundle beds so no one wanted to sleep there. The 3rd Bedroom was a really a Laundry room with a bed it in it. The birds from the Sanctuary were stinky and noisy. The kitchen garbage was not emptied when we got there. Beach access was wonderful. Morning beach walks were very enjoyable.
