We were in town for a graduation and family gathering. We had three couples, with ages ranging from 30 to 83. The location was very good. We were able to walk to dinner and to other places of interest with no trouble. The location is 15-20 minutes by Lyft/Uber to Temple. The size of the unit is also good. We had 8 present for dinner one night with no trouble. The sun room was very nice and plenty of space for everyone to relax together. I had been worried about accessibility but that was not a problem even for the 83-year-old. This unit had a lot of character and felt like it was frequently used by the owner, all in a good way. All in all, an excellent stay.

Host set us up well, we were in a phenomenal location, and the house was very comfortable and well appointed. Would definitely go back!

We had a fantastic time in Philly. This rental is close enough to walk into town or just far enough for an Uber if you have limited walking capabilities. Host provided plenty of information about the unit and the local area. One of the bedrooms says it sleeps 2, but if you need that bed - there is no room to move in that room. The showers were a little finicky at times but for the age of the house we expected some quirks! We absolutely loved relaxing with pizza & wine in the sunroom one late afternoon after a long week.Would definitely stay here again if in the area!

We loved this stay. Safe neighborhood, large home, parking, nothing but good things to say! If we return we would stay here again.
