Nice respite from the New England winter weather! Enjoyed the tropical pool setting and will be back next winter!Cheers

My wife and I are very discerning when it comes to vacation rentals, and we had a great stay at Villa Biscayne. Pari and Moshik were very responsive hosts, the pool and spa in the back of the house provide a Shangri-La type setting (I exaggerate only slightly!) and the property is updated throughout. The only negatives, and I hesitate to mention any, were mosquitos in the backyard (I'm assuming just part of living in the area particularly with the lush vegetation) and aspects of the smart home technology did not work correctly (likely due to settings having been disrupted by previous guests). We would definitely return!

I needed to move out of my house to get it tented. I live 1 mile away. This was so convenient for me to make several trips taking stuff out of my home
