Great property for beach access. Clean and equipped inside.

Excellent location and view! Also, great communication with host and smooth check in process. A couple of draw backs include no dining room table to play games, eat together, etc. Also, no nightstands to charge phone or place water. Lastly, the shower does not drain well and the outside hose does not work to clean sand off your feet or use as needed. Overall, a property with a great view of the water and walking distance to the beach! Just a few drawbacks.

We loved our stay so much! It was very clean and had everything we needed for our trip. The beach access was great and made our trip easy and perfect. The bed was so comfortable, linens were cozy. The patio had a great couch for an afternoon nap. We loved our stay and will book again! Another great perk, it is less than a mile from a really great bar and grill (beachfront bar and grill) where we had an amazing lunch since we got to the island a little before checkin time. 5stars!

We were here for a wedding. Surfside beach is not a pretty beach. Too many cars and people and the water is brown. NOT like anyplace on 30A. The rental was adequate for what we needed but the industrial smell of carbon monoxide is concerning. The building has serious foundation problems and no level floors so not for those with balance/mobility issues. Good seating comfy beds but poorly stocked kitchen.
