Great property! View was amazing and plenty of things to keep the kiddos entertained.

The good:We really enjoyed the pool and theater room. I really like that all the bedrooms had their own bathrooms (which is the primary reason why I booked this place). The meh:While still fairly large, the place was smaller than the pictures made it out to be. The nicer deck is on the 3rd level, not the main level where everyone was hanging out. Probably some local regulation, but the water in the shower did not get nearly hot enough. The bad:The sofa on the main level is an absolute piece of uncomfortable garbage. Throw that thing in the dumpster. The “quilt” on the bed is very, very thin. Very. Like a cheap dollar store blanket thin. The dining room and deck chairs are hard as a rock to sit on and could use some cushions. The bath towels provided are thin and worn.

Plenty of room for a large group. Nice outdoor spaces too.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house amenities are enough to just stay inside for a few days or enough to look forward to returning to after a long day out. Great communication with the hosts and they are very responsive. Perfect location, nicely secluded and situated between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We will definitely stay here again!
