The place is great, especially the big screened in porch. If it's too cold (I guess it actually does happen in Austin) to eat on the porch or something, and you have more than two people for a meal, there are only two places to sit at the kitchen island. Otherwise, it's dandy.

Wendy and James were excellent communicators. Professional & clear. There are many maintenance items that should be checked - Most importantly, water is leaking into the bathroom shower wall tile - and there is mildew growing. The BR fan is full of dust, so is probably not working efficiently. Toilet seat is very worn and should be replaced. The back patio/porch is not fully screened. It's a nice space, but right now, there is no advantage to sitting in this space vs. in the yard as we were exposed to mosquitos, flies, moths, and other bugs. Garbage disposal switch for the kitchen sink does not work. The handle on the kitchen sink faucet repeatedly falls off... and we just screw it back on. Because there is no knob on the brass lamp in the LR, guests plug and unplug the cord for lighting - like a poor college student. Floor lamp in front BR does not work. Lastly, the left closet door handle in the Master BR is not secured at all. It fell out when I tried to open the closet. With regular maintenance and TLC, this cute little cottage could be a GEM!
