The house is located in a two-story urban mansion typical of 18th-century civil architecture. The area is pedestrian-only and acoustically shielded, making it very quiet despite being right in the heart of the historic district.
The apartment has 72 m² of usable space divided into two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with a single bed—a living/dining room with a sofa bed for two people, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen: ceramic cooktop, range hood, oven, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, kitchen utensils and cookware, as well as everything you need to prepare breakfast on your first day of your stay.
