We were upgraded to suite on arrival which was lovely.
Club lounge was good - basic food and drinks. Micaela was a great host.

Staff was friendly.
Room was clean, bed comfortable. Breakfast was included in our reservation and had made to order omelets, meats both hot and cold, cheeses, potatoes, fruit, pastries, bread, yogurt, coffee and tea. Great food.
The restaurant serves dinner with several offerings. We enjoyed it.
Close walk back to Heathrow T4 with easy access to the trains. We took the Elizabeth train into London and walked a few blocks to the British Museum.
The morning we checked out and took the train to Terminal 3 to catch our flight. Train is free inside the airport to the terminals.
Overall the hotel is a great value of you book in advance and a great location.
