We liked our short stay in Mashpee. The house was perfect for our family with a small dog. The house was clean and the owners where very responsive with a small hiccup with the heating unit, which was resolved quickly..(switch was turned off). I'll second the issue with the hot water in the shower. Also the blinds in all rooms are worn and damaged. Other than that, we will definately plan to stay here again.

Excellent dog friendly space; lovely neighborhood, close to beach. Clean, comfortable home. Only issues were lack of hot water in the shower and undependable cable in LR TV. But WiFi worked great, other appliances were good and the beds were comfortable. Outdoor shower is a nice perk! Owners were responsive about any issues. I'd definitely come back.
