This is a great spot in a quiet Buffalo neighborhood. Our host was communicative and accommodating. Thanks!

It was exactly what i expected. The floors were a little squeeky but other than that everything was good. The beds were comfortable. Would stay again.

We had a nice weekend at this property and appreciated the layout and location. It was close to family. However, there were a few maintenance and cleanliness issues that came up during our stay that were frustrating. There was a broken bathroom window, a broken couch and dining chair, and some areas that could use a deeper clean (floors, corners, closets, and a few dishes/cabinets). These didn’t ruin our stay, but addressing them would have made the home feel much more comfortable. With a bit of refreshing and more attention to detail, this could be a really great rental. Hopefully some updates will be made for future guests. We would probably not stay here again but it worked as a last minute booking.
