Everything was exactly as described!

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Winterland Chalet! Brought our toddler and pup, and everyone had the BEST time! Backyard space was perfect for our pup to run around and watch squirrels, and the hot tub was sparkling clean and easy to use. There were thoughtful touches throughout, including a fully stocked coffee/tea/hot cocoa station, chapstick, hooks for towels at the hot tub, cozy blankets, and a very thorough guide to Big Bear! Super easy check in/out process, and Jennifer the host was fantastic. Will definitely be back!

Great little home located in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was stocked with all essentials including a wonderful warm beverage bar. The backyard was completely fenced and was plenty large for two dogs. We enjoyed the spa and BBQ and would consider returning to this home should we visit Big Bear again. Thanks!

Great little house for us and our 2 pups. They loved the backyard with the tall secure fence, astroturf and great smells. The hot tub was amazing and so nice just to lift the top and jump in. The place had so many extras to make our stay more enjoyable. Those extra touches are not common so we really appreciated all of them. Jennifer, the host, was very communicative and made everything so easy for us. We brought our e-bikes and dog trailer and rode them everywhere. So convenient to ride to the lake, the Village for lunch and to the store. We will definitely come back.
