Relax with the whole family at this peaceful lake view home! We are conveniently located near German Creek Boat dock along with several other boat ramps within a few miles of the house. The house offers plenty of room for multiple truck and trailers which has been perfect for fisherman. Enjoy a day on the lake with a pontoon rental from Huff’s German Creek Marina. The marina is only a four minute drive making it a convenient location. The property has beautiful views of the lake, but does not offer lake access. Also our lake home is only twelve minutes from Clinchview Golf Club. We are less than an hour from Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Knoxville. Morristown is also within a fifteen minute drive with several restaurants, shopping, and a movie theater.
There are two bedrooms to this home. The
master has a queen bed and flat screen tv. The
other bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed.
There is also a pull out sofa bed in the main
living area.
The kitchen will have a Keurig with some k-
cups provided. The kitchen will have cooking
utensils, bakeware, toaster, and microwave.
The refrigerator does not have water hook up
therefore ice will have to be replaced in the
trays found inside or you can buy bags of ice at
the Dollar General that is located 0.2 miles
from the house
The TVs in the house will be available to
stream your favorite apps but you will have to
log in to these using your own accounts.
Reminder: don't forget to log out of these
accounts before you check out.

This was the prefect location for us to explore Gatlinburg, New Tazewell. Whitt's Meat Market is the best place to grab steaks, hot dogs to grill whole you view the lake. Appreciated the having charcoal and lighter fluid. Dollar General is very close as is the local restaurant that had the best fired chicken. Residents were friendly and received a gift of some very nice spider plants that were from four generations. Accommodations were nice but you should take extra blankets, a kitchen knife, cutting board and coffee pods as there is no coffee pot. We were not allowed access to the lake across the street nor were we informed until we checked in. Lots of wild life! Thank you for making accommodations for my ADA approved service Champion. Hope to return in the future.

Location is definitely lake VIEW ONLY!!
Don’t expect to be able to get to the lake at all. Online pictures are deceiving to someone who doesn’t know the area.
House was not great on being clean. Pullout couch was filthy on the inside. Cereal and crumbs in the bed part and under the couch. Pullout mattress not good. Very uncomfortable. There was hair on the master bed sheets when we pulled the cover down for the first night. And under the bed was very dirty. Will say that beds were comfortable to sleep on. Microwave exterior was very dirty. Didn’t use it so not sure about the inside. Keurig dusty. Fridge was dirty on the inside.
Also if we pay for cleaning fee, why is it our responsibility to strip beds and put towels in the shower and take trash out? Isn’t that part of a cleaning fee after a stay? Just wondering.
To be quite frank, the only reason why we chose the place was because of the price on a holiday weekend. You get what you pay for.
Overall it was fine for a place to lay your head down for the night. Needs more attention to cleaning especially if ty you charge for a cleaning fee but doesn’t look like it was cleaned.
