We had a girls trip, and had so much fun. We played games around the table and ate way too much! Perfect location and wonderful accommodations. Plenty of space for the three of us, and everyone was comfortable.

Sunlight pours through the vintage stained-glass door onto gleaming hardwoods, fresh sunflowers, and a cozy window nook made for slowing down.

A fully stocked, genuinely usable kitchen with full cookware and a cast iron pan, ready for a morning omelet or a post-beach dinner in.

A bright dining spot for couples or friends to linger over slow mornings and shared meals.

Pull up a stool at the breakfast bar, a natural gathering spot for couples and friends to cook and hang out together.

A real coffee station with premium coffee, Nespresso, and K-cups, so your morning starts exactly how you like it.

Thoughtful kitchen touches, from the coffee bar to the well-stocked basics, so you can settle right in.

Every corner has soul: a comfy mid-century chair, a little bar nook with glasses ready, and blues-inspired art that gives this home its welcoming personality.

A thoughtful welcome of snacks, sparkling drinks, and glassware, waiting the moment you walk in.

A closer look at the colorful stained-glass entry door, one of the home’s original 1928 art deco touches.

Original 1928 art deco doors throughout, full of the historic character couples and friends love in Old East Hill.

Beach hats, towels, and local guidebooks included, so you are ready for both the sand and the sights.

Morning coffee and a little Southern hospitality before you head out to explore.

Slow down and pour a cup. The kitchen is stocked for a perfect, unhurried Florida morning.
