This house was perfect for our stay. Check in was a breeze. It was clean and very spacious. Everything we could ask for, it provided. We look forward to staying in the Matthew Havasu House again.

Our family was extremely pleased with this vacation rental. The home was very clean, located in a quiet neighborhood and was well stocked with beach towels, beach chairs and even ice chests to use. We will definitely recommend this rental.

Great place to stay. Owner was very quick and friendly about responding to any questions about the property. Genuinely feels like he cares that you are comfortable during your stay.

Overall, the place was great and spacious for our group of 14. The beds were comfortable and the house was spacious. The pool and backyard were a bonus. There were some things that could have been better in regards to cleanliness considering we had to pay a cleaning fee. The fans had a lot of dust on the blades built up thick in the bedroom. We cleaned them ourselves so we could turn on the fans without debris flying everywhere. There was dust on the walls. The countertops, door knobs, cabinet pulls, washer and dryer tops/lids had a sticky residue as if everything had been cleaned with one rag and substance. One of the showers had hair left behind. The refrigerator and freezer was not ready to use at normal running temps so when we placed our items in the freezer and refrigerator, our items were nearly unusable the next day. Our ice packs were not frozen for the boat and our sandwiches and beverages were mildy chilled requiring us to buy more ice at the marina. The backyard connect four game is also broken and not usable. Overall, the place was spacious, sheets were clean, the grill worked good, and the location was perfect. We would consider staying again given the cleanliness is improved and the refrigerator works appropriately. With these improvements, we would definitely recommend this place to stay.
