This home was the perfect size for our family of 11. It was clean and spacious in the common areas. The pool was also larger than we are used to in other AMI houses we’ve stayed in. The only (very picky) negative thing I can think of was that the living room furniture was not super comfortable. Luckily we weren’t there a ton because the beach was so close! There were plenty of beach chairs and beach wagons too. We would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to go to AMI for a beach vacation!

Beautiful property and close to the beach! The only issue we had was it was difficult to enjoy the outdoor entertainment area due to the amount of bugs/mosquitos despite bug spray and citronella candles.

We've stayed at this rental a few different times now. We love the north end of AMI. This property is in a very desirable location. One block walk to the beach and a 15 minute walk to downtown AMI (Ginny & Janes, Sandbar, etc). The layout of the rooms are spread out to give everyone space. All of our kids loved the bunk beds in the upper level hallway. We did cook a lot at the property; it was easier than going out to restaurants with a large group. The kitchen was spacious, functional, and had everything we needed. The only downsides to the property are that it's not stocked well with all your beach gear (umbrellas, kids toys, etc). We ended up renting most of our gear last minute with it not being included with the property. Also, the floors were definitely not washed when we checked in. The bottoms of our feet were black within an hour of us checking in and unpacking.

Unfortunately the entire outside facilities needed maintenance. Grill doesn’t work, outside Televisions didn’t operate, billiards cues are in bad shape. Pool had all types of fruit and party favors inside. The main house was great but also extremely dirty, found trash and inappropriate obscenities spelled out by previous guest on welcoming board. Just overall needs thorough cleaning!
