Powody, dla których warto dokonać rezerwacji
O tym ten wynajem wakacyjny
Surf Shelter is a property consisting of a fully renovated main house and a brand-new "tiny house"-style annex, located in the forest, 3.5 km from the beach (3.5 km)
You’ll enjoy over 60 m² of patio space and a heated pool, enclosed with a mesh cover.
The main house has been completely renovated. On the first floor are the living room, dining room, and kitchen, a half-bath, and two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom—one of which features a freestanding bathtub with a view of the forest.
Upstairs, there is a TV room with an office, a double bedroom (two 90-cm beds that can be separated or pushed together to form a king-size bed), a “dormitory-style” bedroom (three single beds), and a bathroom with a toilet.
The annex has been completely rebuilt; in addition to a large storage area where you can store bicycles and surfboards, it consists of a bedroom with a window overlooking the forest, a children’s bedroom with bunk beds, and a bathroom with a toilet.
A terrace (> 60 m²) connects the two buildings. It is furnished with patio furniture and two large dining tables. You’ll also find a gas grill and lounge chairs to enjoy the heated pool.
Guests have access to the main house, the annex, and all common areas (garage, pool, terraces).
Parking is available right next to the house. We’ll send you a map. Parking along the side of the annex is prohibited; the passage must be kept clear in case of a forest fire (for firefighters).
The “Pees” neighborhood in Vielle Saint-Girons is located west (toward the ocean) of the street that connects the villages of Vielle and Saint-Girons. It consists of just a few houses in the forest, arranged around a single street, the Route de Pees.
Surf Shelter is the last house on the street. At the house, the street splits into two sandy paths that wind through the forest and lead down to the beach.
Vielle Saint Girons is located roughly halfway between Bordeaux and Hossegor.
The beaches of La Lette Blanche and Saint Girons Plage are an equal distance away by car (between 5 and 10 minutes).
You can also reach them by bike (15 min) by taking the bike path that runs along the beach and connects La Lette Blanche and Saint Girons Plage.
You can also reach the beach on a “fat bike” via the forest trails (allow 20 minutes).
The towns of Vielle (to the southeast) and Saint Girons (to the northeast) are a 5-minute drive and a 10-minute bike ride away. There you’ll find a bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, and more...
Lake Léon is a 10-minute drive and a 15-minute bike ride away. There, you can enjoy a variety of water sports and go for walks.
Finally, the Courant d’Huchet Nature Reserve—the channel connecting the Atlantic Ocean to Lake Léon—is a 10-minute drive or a 20-minute bike ride away.
