Very responsive host. House clean and well appointed. We were a family of 9. Sufficient gathering space and individual areas. Both indoors and out. 3 houses off of beach with easy access to and from your sandy seating area. Well stocked with beach chairs, toys, etc.

We had an amazing stay at The Sandbar on Emerald Isle from July 13th–19th. The house was spotless and extremely well-stocked with everything we needed—from household items to beach gear—which made our stay comfortable and convenient. The location was spot on—just a short walk to the beach and close to shops, restaurants, and ice cream, which made it easy to enjoy everything Emerald Isle has to offer.Matt, the owner, was fantastic to work with—friendly, responsive, and accommodating. He even worked with us to allow an early check-in, which gave us an extra full day to start enjoying our vacation. The home was perfect for our family and made for a relaxing, memorable trip that we’ll cherish for years to come. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back again!

The location of the house is perfectly placed.

Wonderful location, amazing amenities, kind host this is the place to stay in Emerald Isle hands down.
