We have stayed at the Kihei Akahi complex many times. This unit has been our favorite so far. It is well appointed, clean and having multiple fans throughout the unit keeps it comfortable on hot days. It's walking distance to several beaches and restaurants and even a bit of shopping.

Great location, clean and quiet

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Apartment was nicely decorated, is big and well equiped.Unfortunately a few things didn't work... e.g. two bulbs were defect, remote control of television in bedroom and fan in living room didn't work.Additionally the apartement is very noisy. The fridge is very loud. But the most disturbing was the noise in the bedroom. It is direct located to the floor and elevator. So you can hear every person passing by, clearly speaking like the person is standing next to you and made our sleep very disturbing. It is the argument why I can't recommend!In addition the apartement next to was renovated which resulted in noise during the day, too.
