The house was very clean and well equipped. Easy check in and out. Easy and great location. Fans are the only thing we missed but we could have bought some at Walmart if it was that bad. Overall great place and would rent again

Beautiful quiet neighborhood (note that the house is near a road so there is road noise in the back yard)Modern interior, nice feel. Neighbors all friendly and welcoming. 100’ to the Florida River. Beautiful drive into Durango from the house

Loved the wood stove as a heat option. Please note there is no Verizon cell service here but the WiFi is strong and all we needed!
