We spent 3 nights here. The outdoor space and pool were fantastic! The guys fished off the dock and the kayaks were a nice addition. Very clean, cool and comfortable. The kitchen had most everything we needed, lots of small appliances that we didn’t use, and they had a k cup coffee pot, as well as a regular drip one.

Overall a 4 star rating great job on hist and cleanliness except for the trash that was piled up around the side of the house the pool was good hot tub was not working properly though and this property is incorrectly listed as Anna Maria Island when in actuality it is some 20 minutes from the

The host was kind enough to allow us to arrive a bit earlier ( drove in from NJ) The house was clean & cool ! We did not get to use the bikes or kayaks due to me not feeling well. The pool was great, hot tub was green ( some issues) that the host remedied . The home was nicer than the pictures. Thank you for having us.

The sheets in the master bedroom had a large amount of body hair trapped in them. There were two extra blankets in that room of which one was quite dirty. The hot tub did not heat and there were no instructions on how to change it to a mode where it would heat - we had to research the model online and figure it out our selves. The property managers changed the MB sheets the second day and left us a nice pie, flowers and card for my sister's birthday celebration (the reason we were in Florida). The bed in the third bedroom is a murphy bed and extremely hard/uncomfortable so hard that we thought it was a box spring for a bit. A couple of lounge chairs near the pool would be a great addition. The table and chairs at poolside were quite comfortable.
