"KLIPPITZ HEIGHTS," a modern, all-wood lodge built in 2022, is located at 1,545 m.above sea level on the outskirts of the alpine hut village of Klippitztörl, high above the Lavant Valley in Carinthia. With its unobstructed, fantastic panoramic views, it offers vacation enjoyment for young and old alike, summer and winter.
The variety of hiking trails, as well as the nature-friendly access to the ski paradise—with its 6 lifts and 28 kilometers of slopes right at your doorstep—is second to none. The high elevation virtually guarantees sunny alpine summers and snowy winters.
There are 2–3 parking spaces in front of the lodge.
On the upper floor, there is a hallway with a coat closet, a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom across the hall, and a spacious living/dining and kitchen area with a pellet fireplace, a smart TV, and a wraparound balcony with outdoor furniture. The lower level features a combination sauna (Finnish and infrared) with an XL shower, as well as two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a wraparound balcony, and a terrace. There is a separate second entrance on the lower level.

- A 270-degree panoramic view from the floor-to-ceiling windows and doors of the spacious living/dining/kitchen area on the upper floor; the panoramic view is made possible by the Almlodge’s unique hillside location; on cloudless days, the view extends 30 kilometers or more; on overcast days, you feel as though you’re floating “above the clouds.”
- A balcony wrapping around two sides of the upper floor, furnished with seating and lounging furniture; since the house to the right is significantly lower in elevation, you enjoy plenty of privacy. To the left, there’s nothing but nature and a panoramic view.
- A large Italian pellet stove with a 270-degree panoramic window serves as the true centerpiece, whether it’s heating the room or simply waiting for its moment in the spotlight.
-A 55" Smart TV lets you catch up on the news while cooking in the stylish country-style kitchen, from the sofa, or from the
dining table.
-En-suite bathrooms with rain showers in both bedrooms on the lower level, as well as a Smart TV.
-Floor-to-ceiling sliding tilt-and-turn French doors offer a direct view of the mountains from the bed.
- A balcony wrapping around two sides, including one in front of the sleeping area, features benches that invite you to relax or enjoy a morning workout or yoga session right out of bed in the fresh alpine air.
- The bedrooms themselves are secluded and private.
- The lodge is situated on a 650 m² alpine garden, where a picnic bench is available during the summer season.

Dining options in the immediate vicinity:
If you’d rather skip cooking, you only need to walk 260 meters to reach the “Schwarzkogelhütte,” whether for dinner or après-ski at the “Grotte” in winter. For a quick bite while skiing, the “Kuhgrabenhütte” at the base station of the 2 Kuhgraben ski lifts offers delicious dishes, set menus, and drinks. The “Moselebauer Hütte” is just a 20–30-minute walk below the Hohenwart and is open to guests year-round.

Important information for guests regarding final cleaning and the security deposit:
- Additional charges apply for check-out on Sundays and holidays.
In this case, the guest must also cover the cleaning company’s holiday surcharge for the final cleaning.
- The security deposit must be transferred to the host’s account at least 7 days before arrival. If the payment is not visible in the account at
