The property is in a great location close to the historic district and King Street shopping. It looks exactly like it is advertised. The owners have done a great job of modernizing a historical split level home while incorperating the famous Charleston charm into every room. Parking required a little flexibility but was definitely manageable. The host was very easy to work with and quick to respond. We enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to a return visit soon.

The home was lovely, clean, and exactly as described. The hosts were communicative and apologetic throughout our stay.The only downside was that the entire front of the property was under construction for most of our visit. We weren’t notified until the morning of check-in, so it was disappointing to find the front porch and yard unusable and to have to walk through construction each day. Overall, we appreciated the hosts’ communication and hospitality, but we do wish we had received advance notice so we could have made a more informed decision before our arrival.

Great property in a very fun neighborhood - close to restaurants and little markets! And a doable walk to King street area if there are no mobility issues. Owner was very communicative! We stayed there w 2 15 year old boys, my husband and his 83 year old mother.
