The host was amazing. I had to book this last minute when I was already in town due to a disaster at another property that I had already booked. It was late on a Saturday night when I booked Sunday-Wednesday. I wasn't expecting to hear from the host until the next morning but she responded right away and was even able to take care of a request I had. She also communicated with me the day after our first night to make sure we had everything we needed. Kudos for paying extra attention to make sure everything was good!

We had a great stay! The house was perfect; clean, cozy and felt like a home. Beautiful and full of character. We were able to walk to the convention center (15/20min) which saved us on parking! Definitely saving the listing for the future if we have another sporting event in area to attend.

Great location to new music venue. Very responsive owner. Fast communication and flexible owner. Would say negative is was some cleanliness issues I handled on my own. Owners responsiveness was important.
